HubSync’s mission is to simplify and automate the tax and accounting processes for CPA firms with best-in-class technology and solutions enabling firm professionals and their clients to enjoy the tax, accounting, and advisory processes. Top CPA firms and firm professionals have come to rely on HubSync’s integration technologies to elevate their services and modernize their offerings. We are looking for talented, motivated college or grad students to join our marketing internship program. 

Role Overview

  • The What: You will assist in executing marketing strategies, managing content creation for social media, conducting market research, and supporting CRM data management.

  • The How: By collaborating closely with the marketing team, analyzing competitor trends, leveraging marketing platforms, and applying creative problem-solving to daily operations.

  • The Why: To increase brand visibility, support lead generation efforts, and effectively communicate how HubSync's technologies modernize processes for top CPA firms.

Work You'll Do

Throughout the course of the eight-week internship term (starting June 1 – July 31), interns are assigned to one or more projects where they will receive mentorship and support to help ensure their success. You will get an inside look at what it's really like to work for a SaaS startup technology company and have the opportunity to build a cross-functional professional network.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Marketing Assistance: Write and develop content for social media and assist with campaign execution.

  • Market Research: Assist in conducting competitive analysis and tracking market trends to inform marketing and go-to-market strategies.

  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor messaging, positioning, and market presence to identify potential opportunities.

  • CRM Management: Assist with updating and managing data within CRM systems to support marketing analytics and outreach.

Program Details

  • Compensation: Full time - $20/hr

  • Location: Must be located near the downtown Franklin office; this is a full-time, in-office position.

Qualifications

Required:

  • College or Grad student with an anticipated graduation date of 2025 – 2026 with definitive plans to pursue a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

  • Strong academic performance with extracurricular activities.

  • Interns must be team-oriented and able to work collaboratively.

  • Expected to adapt to change and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and self-confidence.

  • Must demonstrate leadership qualities and potential.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.

Preferred:

  • GPA of 3.2 or higher.

  • A proven history of collegiate-level leadership, such as membership in a campus club or society; strong preference for affiliation with organizations committed to inclusion.

How You'll Grow

Each intern is assigned an executive manager mentor and a peer advisor to offer guidance throughout the course of the internship. The mentor offers career guidance and feedback. The onboarding advisor is a peer-level "buddy" to help answer questions and offer insight into how to make the most of the internship experience. These mentor relationships can carry over into the future and offer a great way to stay connected to HubSync while back at school.
